Terms of Service

Beta service

Mission HQ is currently in beta. The service may change, have downtime, or be discontinued. We'll do our best to keep it running and give you notice before any major changes, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime during this phase.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys secure. Do not share your API key publicly. If you believe your key has been compromised, revoke it immediately from your settings page.

Data ownership

You own all data you create in Mission HQ: plans, tasks, decisions, sessions, rules, and memories. We do not claim any ownership or intellectual property rights over your content. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Mission HQ for illegal purposes
• Abuse, spam, or overload the API beyond reasonable use
• Attempt to access other users' data or bypass authentication
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute the service
• Use automated tools to create fake accounts

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Limitation of liability

Mission HQ is provided "as is" during the beta period. We are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of the service. Use at your own risk and maintain your own backups.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
